Shipping Policy

1. General

NORA (“we”, “us”) is the provider of products via our website.
By placing an order, you agree to the conditions below.

We do our best to keep our stock always up-to-date. In exceptional cases, a product may be temporarily out of stock.
In that case, we will contact you with the choice to:

wait for backorder

or receive a refund


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout, based on your location.
The price you see at checkout is the final shipping price.


3. Delivery Times

Average delivery time: 2 – 5 business days

🌍 International

Average delivery time: 5 – 15 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and busy periods.


4. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday).


5. Address Changes

Do you want to change your address?
This is possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped.


6. Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow your package.


7. Delays

Is your order later than expected? Contact us and we will help you immediately!


8. Damaged Packages

Did your package arrive damaged?
Contact us immediately at info@mynora.nl with photos of the product and packaging.


9. Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply.
These costs are for the customer's account.


10. Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes after purchase.
After that, processing has started and the order cannot be changed.


Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.

Conditions:

Product is unused

In original packaging

In saleable condition

Return costs are for your own account.


2. Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return:

you will receive your money back within 7 – 14 days

via the same payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. Defect or problem?

4. Warranty

All products come with a 90-day warranty.

For a valid claim, you can choose from:

store credit


5. Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded.
You will receive store credit for this.

7. Important

Returns without prior request will not be accepted

Damaged or used products may be refused
